misleading room lacking communication
the breakfast service was acceptable everything was fresh and nicely presented.
i found out after leaving that i received a two-bedroom apartment with a staff room. i booked and paid for a three-bedroom apartment so it felt a bit misleading. clearer communication at check-in would have been appreciated.

decent stay overall
efficient team helpful needs undercooked ingredients rude staff
the room service team was very efficient! they were very helpful to our needs. they cleaned the bed and carpet. they refilled the toiletries and water.
The food was far below my expectations. Some ingredients were undercooked. the reception staff were polite, but they didn't genuinely care about resolving any issues. the rooms were not cleaned until late in the evening.
